Superfood Moringa Oleifera

Moringa is a tree found in the tropics that has a leaf and some seeds which can be used for many different things. Some of those uses for the Moringa include producing vitamins and minerals, adding to cosmetic oils as well as curing malnutrition throughout the world. There are so many more uses, but too many to name. The Moringa tree does it all, and has been named the "miracle tree" by those who have benefited from the leaf powder, as well as the seed pods and the Moringa oil.

Although the Moringa tree is familiar with tropical climates, it can survive almost anywhere. The tree has been known to grow and survive in the brash land of the Sahara Deseret. The Moringa tree looks like any other tree, with lots of leaves and has some beautiful white flowers, that later turn into long seed pods. The seed pods turn out to be over a foot long! They are full of round seeds that contain the priceless Moringa oil, which is used in cosmetics and is full of nutrients that are hard to find anywhere else.

Moringa is considered a "superfood" because of its high nutritional value. This seed produced from the tree, as well as the leaves that are turned into powder, are full of natural vitamins and minerals that are hard to find anywhere else, especially in one plant. The powdered Moringa leaf is said to have 17 times the calcium of milk, 15 times the potassium as bananas and 9 times the protein of yogurt, as well as 25 times the iron of spinach. That is impressive for one little tree and its leaves. Because of these amazing statistics, Moringa has been known to help combat malnutrition in Africa, as well as other third world countries. Imagine the power the Moringa leaf powder can have in helping those who are malnourished throughout the world? I think it is a wonderful tool that will solve a lot of problems throughout our world if we use the products from the Moringa tree to help those in Africa and other third world countries.

The health benefits alone from this plant are amazing. It is considered a "superfood" because is contains some many main nutrients. The Moringa tree, with the Moringa leaves, will help cure malnutrition all over the world, if used in the correct way and distributed properly. Although the Moringa tree is originally from a tropical climate, it can grow in any climate. This information can be used to grow the Moringa tree anywhere, and mass produce the leaves and the seeds. This will help produce much more of the "superfood" leaf powder which can be turned into a multivitamin or other things to give people the nutrients they need, and especially help those in Africa or other starving countries. The Moringa oil, found in the seeds, is used in many cosmetic products that are known to help many women and men with their skin impurities.

The health benefits of the Moringa leaf leave people speechless because there are so many. Along with vitamins and minerals, there are many essential amino acids as well. Superfood Moringa
