Be careful when working with liquid chemicals, and that is especially true if you are in your garage or shed. By having any windows or doors open you can make sure there's a supply of fresh air and the chemical vapors will be diluted.
Most people have done a good days work in their garden. You'll feel sore the next day if you aren't used to doing this kind of activity and you may have experienced this before. Two important body areas to keep an eye on are your back and your knees. We recommend wearing athletic knee pads when doing gardening. They are great and work perfectly to help keep our knees from getting sore. If your knee hits a rock they will also reduce any pain. Having frequent rests for your back will help you so you can stand up and relax the muscles. It's also important to lift things properly, as you should always lift with your legs, not with your back.
