Top Tips For Your High School Scrapbook!

Making a high school scrapbook is a lot like working on a project or assignment that you had lots of in your college years. The difference here is that you're not getting marked on it and with luck this one is lots more fun!

Talking of assignments... This brings me to my first tip. You can re-use your old school assignments in your school scrapbook. They're one of the ideal things to add into there. They're a great reminder of how you used to be at college.

Were you a stickler, attempting to get the highest grade possible or did you just do just enough to get you over the line? Either way, its a good way to show how you were at that time to how you're now!

Moving along to the next bit of advice: borders, borders and more borders! No, I am not talking about the chain of book stores, I'm talking about page borders. There are such a lot of different things you may use as a border. Try making your borders look like the side of a ruler, marking out inches or centimetres.

Or you might put your art abilities to use and copy a border from some of your old school art work. For a blast from the past, you can put a page border of the alphabet round the outside, with both the capital and lower case letters, just like those posters in grade school.

When thinking about how your book should appear, I like to divide them up into subjects "chemistry, mathematics, english, history and so on. I have heard of other folks dividing them up into year levels, so if that works better for you - go for it! These approaches will give you a lot of flexibility and the chance to be very creative with your decorations!

So if you use only one or two of these ideas, you can turn your C grade school scrapbook into an A+!
