The reality is that machine knitting takes a great deal of persistence and your backbone not to stop. Now, if you think about it, you should stop to congratulate yourselves that you have stayed with it and kept working at learning this wonderful Passap knitting machine.
A knitting machine is like no other piece of gear that you have ever used. It can behave in some of the most unusual ways as we are learning and our logical minds often have no experience to draw from.
At the beginning, and sometimes after you've been successfully knitting you can experience another learning curve. You just have to be happy to cut yourself some slack, laugh and say to oneself "Oh! We receive a new lesson!" and then go on.
Get curious instead of going to frustration. Your delight and surprise at your new discoveries will give you a completely new and different point of view about your machine and your newly found capability.
When you master machine knitting it actually is an amazing accomplishment. Keep after it until you succeed. It is so worth it!
When I first bought my Passap knitting machine I thought it was just like any other project that needed to learn and I could easily learn it and go on. I was bright, learned easily, could do whatever I set my mind to learning.
I did not remember to factor in this amazing kniting machine had been designed by a bunch of engineers in a very particular way and just any old way of approaching it just was not going to get the task finished.
With a dialogue computer console you have to put in the data is a very specific way and in a specific and exact sequence to connect to the program to function properly.
As fast as I let go of doing it may way and started learning the way the dialogue computer wanted the info, we got along famously.
No making a guess, no random button pushing, just the precise item in the exact order was the winning reply to the PC. In return, it rewarded me without the loud PC humming I had been getting when I put in the wrong info and the error that came with it.
A nice change I must say and now my reward is beautifullly knit items that are just what I dreamed of getting when I originally started with this knitting machine.
Am I pleased that I determined to add Passap machine knitting to my skills? Do I always get flack from my hand knitting friends? The answer is yes and yes. No worries I am going to select do both and love each and every minute of it. Whenever wearing the results because my choice is clothing.
