Passap Computer Mystery

Sometimes these computerized tools are just too smart for their own good. I regularly think that about my Passap console when it does things that I just did not think I had selected.

I have named one of my machines Miss Smarty Pants as you know how folks act when they understand that they know the answer and are prepared to claim to you told you so? Well, the PC is only doing what we selected so if we are getting a blunder guess who is the real one to blame? Get your mirror out and take a good look.

Then, I know I should give Miss Smarty Pants a query and answer session to see where I missed and gave the console the wrong set of directions. Again, notice I claimed I missed--she doesn't make any mistakes.

I tell you, occasionally I believe it's the ONLY thing that follows directions and does what you tell it too. It simply is not Miss Smarty Pants, it is always me so that the earlier I confess and admit the happier we both are and I'm able to get back on track with what the prevailing knitting project is at present.

But the computer does keep me on my toes and focused so I am satisfied for that.

I have the member area packed with lessons that I know a machine knitter of any level could gain from knowing. I over deliver simply to help whoever might need to learn feel less stress.

This really happened to me, I recall when I acquired my first machine and the dealer delivered it, set it up, gave me a 15 min lesson and left for California to spend the subsequent 4 months with her grandkids.

That was before Internet, voice mail cell phones and practically before chocolate. Man, that was a particularly maddening time and I might never want any person I was teaching to feel that way.

The knit attire do not just jump off the machine finished and ready to wear. No matter how hard we wish them to appear. The knit projects involve a great deal of cooperation and know how on our part.

If you need to learn step-by-step or get a reminder you can do that at the members site. If you need to continue to walk around your knitting machine or use it as a attire holder, you can do that.

Me, I'm off to talk with Miss Smarty Pants. She and I have got a knit garment to finish.

How new folk buy this incredible knitting machine and think they do not have to discover what to do is a puzzle to me.
